1800 Olive is a “unique” little building (for lack of a better word) currently available for sale in Downtown West for $593,000.
It is currently used as a commercial photography studio but was originally a bank and comes complete with a walk-in safe. Rare for downtown, it comes with its own 14-car parking lot.
The 9,086 sf structure itself is unexceptional, and this site would be a good candidate to be torn down for redevelopment. Otherwise, it would take a creative new owner to make the most of it. It appears to have been designed with security in mind and is not terribly welcoming; it has few windows, including no windows facing Olive on its northern façade.
